  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the fashion product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Document interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and company promotions to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
