Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients regarding smart home technology products.
  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and technical inquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights and feedback with the team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with smart home technology is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a culturally enriching experience.
