As a Customer Care representative, you will assist clients who speak Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) with their inquiries related to our business software and CRM products. Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Interest in business software, CRM solutions, and technology
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service applications are advantageous
