Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an entry-level position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Care representative in our Car Leasing & Financing Department, located in the vibrant country of Greece with free relocation!

This role is ideal for individuals fluent in any Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) who are eager to start their career in customer service while engaging with the automotive leasing and financing industry.

As a customer care representative, you will take charge of assisting Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to car leasing and financing options. Your core responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries about car leasing and financing products and services

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings in car leasing and financing
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for assisting others
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are beneficial
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
