Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO services.

Document customer inquiries and interactions promptly and accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings to better assist clients and provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO practices, and customer service tools would be an asset.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer relations.
