Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an exceptional entry-level position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Care representative for our Online Shopping Platforms, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

This role is tailored for individuals fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) who are passionate about e-commerce and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries related to our online shopping platforms. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer questions, troubleshooting order issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for each client.

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcomed
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers
  • Interest in e-commerce and online shopping
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is advantageous
