  • Stay informed about client-specific requirements and service offerings to provide tailored support.
  • Participate in regular training to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and virtual assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish) and English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
