This remote position allows you to work from the beautiful surroundings of Greece while being at the forefront of the audio entertainment industry!

In this role, you will assist customers who speak Nordic languages with their inquiries related to music streaming, podcast subscriptions, and platform navigation. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages for music and podcast inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through the platform
• Educate customers about features, subscription plans, and content offerings
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in the support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and content updates

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with music streaming or podcast platforms is a plus
• Passion for music and audio content
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
