Position Overview:

As a Multi-Family/Commercial Sales and Business Development Contractor, you will partner with Elite Construction Solutions to help drive new business and expand its presence in the multi-family and commercial sectors. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, such as apartment complexes, community developers, and commercial property managers, in order to generate sales opportunities and secure contracts. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position, meaning you will operate as an independent entity responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities while representing Elite Construction Solutions in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

· Identify and pursue new multi-family and commercial roofing opportunities in the marketplace.

· Build and nurture lasting relationships with property managers, community developers, and key decision-makers.

· Prepare and provide accurate project documentation for estimators to ensure professional proposals.

· Optionally, collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns tailored to your needs and goals.

Client Relationship Management:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, guiding them through the sales and production process.

· Address client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly, professionally, and efficiently.

Collaboration:

· Coordinate with Elite representatives and production staff to align strategies and facilitate a smooth transition of projects from sales to production.

· Optional: Contribute to team meetings with insights, updates, and solutions to challenges, as desired.

· Analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions independently.

· Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
