At TRM, we're on a mission to leverage AI and machine learning to build sophisticated intelligence solutions that provide unique insights and actionable data in the blockchain space. As the first AI Manager, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of blockchain experts, data scientists, and software engineers to design, develop, and deploy ML/AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in blockchain intelligence. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $290,000. Please note that the base range is applicable to the US and will be different depending on the country.
Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
