Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and optimize network security protocols, including BGP, Firewall High Availability (HA), and Data Center Architecture.
  • Design and maintain secure network infrastructure in alignment with Data Center strategy and architecture.
  • Develop and implement solutions to ensure end-to-end security connectivity across the network in data center environments
  • Perform network firewall and DNS upgrades to strengthen security posture and optimize performance.
  • Remediate and analyze firewall rules, assess service flow, and mitigate risks associated with firewall configurations. This includes pushing basic configurations and/or complex deployment in the data center environment.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability scans and proactively manage identified risks.
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate security threats and improve system resilience.
  • Managing multiple projects with varying execution levels, leveraging pipelines for efficiency.
  • Network troubleshooting and implementation.
  • Deploy and configure Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) DNS solutions for optimal application performance and availability.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of technical or operational experience in network security and delivery which includes knowledge of Network Security protocols such as BGP, Firewall HA and understanding of Data Center Strategy and Architecture.
  • 3-5 years working experience with security technologies such as Fortinet, PaloAlto, and Infoblox. Expertise in firewall deployment, rule management, and security concepts. Familiarity with FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, and Panorama. Understanding of Microsegmentation concepts to enhance network security.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk remeditation (Analysis, Communication & Action). Experience using tools like Algosec and vulnerability management tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting large-scale network environments. Experience using Wireshark, TCP dumps, and other debugging tools for network analysis.
  • Experience in Public and Private Cloud Network deployment and operation preferably AWS or GCP
  • Any of the following certifications: Palo Alto or Fortinet certifications, Security vendor certification, Cisco CCNA, CCNP
