The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a School Engagement -Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position.
The School Engagement Customer Service Representative is responsible for advancing the American Heart Association’s mission through providing administrative, data management and systemic support of the National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge, and events, in collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve overall team and National goals. This includes excellent customer service, direct data management, and comprehensive business literacy with systems proficiency. The key responsibilities include managing daily operations according to timeline, internal and external customer inquiries, involve significant organization and planning, attention to detail, facilitating effective communication across team members, customers and continually adapting to new systems and processes to improve overall campaign efficiency.

Responsibilities:Success in this role requires consistent high performance, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration and task management.
Compensation & Benefits:Expected pay range will be $50,000 to $55,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
