Position Summary

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze demand requirements to determine the most efficient delivery strategies.

• Maintain Purchase Order data integrity and ensure promise date accuracy.

• Obtain supplier delivery commitments and expedite when necessary to meet required dates.

• Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, delivery, receiving, and quality concerns.

• Maintain Oracle Purchasing attributes and procurement records.

• Monitor on-time performance of incoming materials to support production schedules.

• Track and improve supplier performance as part of a continuous improvement objective.

• Purchase materials to meet production and customer requirements as needed.

• Make recommendations on economic ordering and inventory management strategies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement, planning, or other relevant supply chain field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems.

• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
