The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will work as part of the Enterprise NPV & CAC team under Enterprise Growth Finance. This position will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help inform business strategy.
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will focus primarily on:
Financial Modeling and Reporting – Take part in the build, maintenance, and regular refresh of Enterprise NPV and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) modeling.
Ad Hoc Support – Provide financial and modeling support to Enterprise Growth partners, often pertaining to channel specific initiatives, partner negotiations, Marketing spend optimization, digital platform enhancement, etc.
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· 3 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent
· Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, pivots, vlookups, index match, etc)
· Experience with SAS, SQL, or other relational database software
· Experience in financial modeling
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior Humana MA and/or CenterWell experience, working in Finance/Accounting
· Prior Experience with long-term value and/or acquisition cost modeling
· Advanced degree or certification including CPA, MBA, Actuarial, etc.
