Senior Enablement Manager - Channel

What you can expect

We're seeking a dynamic Channel Enablement Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive partner playbook and change management plan. This role will focus on the new capabilities we are bringing to market through our channel route. This role is crucial in transitioning our business partners to a new automated system for quoting, ordering, opportunity management, and license provisioning. Ultimately focused on increasing the ease of business for Zoom partners.

Responsibilities

  • Leading process mapping and workflow design implementation :
    - Analyze current manual processes and mapping to new to be processes to inform systems and enablement capabilities.
    - Map out new automated processes and create a clear transition pathway.
    - Develop comparisons and simulations to illustrate process improvements.

  • Developing and Establishing Training playbooks :
    - Develop a detailed playbook with screenshots, process flows, and FAQs.
    - Design and implement a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption.
    - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to gather insights and feedback.
    - Create training materials and conduct sessions to support onboarding.

  • Collaborating with the Partner Strategy team to deliver programs that drive behavior change and increase performance and productivity across our Partner ecosystem.

  • Collaborating with the Channel Sales team to manage partner progress and success against the enablement plan.

  • Consolidating of feedback, create and establish insights/reports, and utilize the right tools to provide insights and recommendations to drive cross functional joint planning.

What we’re looking for

  • Have proven experience in partner enablement, change management, or similar roles with a solid understanding of B2B sales processes and partner ecosystems.

  • Have excellent communication and documentation skills, including experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.

  • Have experience with enablement content design, development, and delivery, with the ability to translate complex technical processes into user-friendly content.

  • Be an independent and proactive problem solver; capable to implement business plans and strategies in a dynamic environment.

  • Be technically proficient with an ability to utilize multiple systems, including PRM/CRM/quoting tools, Zoom’s platform, Asana and Salesforce.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while solving problems quickly and creatively.

  • Be a self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others.

  • Have experience in the UCaaS or Collaboration industry (ideally).

  • Have experience in Partner sales onboarding (ideally).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97 600,00

Maximum:

$225 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
