As the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Patient Financial Services (PFS), you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our PFS operations. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting and executing strategic initiatives that elevate operational excellence and drive client satisfaction. You will champion efforts to optimize financial performance, enhance patient experiences, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity. 

In this executive role, your visionary leadership will be key in fostering transformation and innovation within revenue cycle management. Your ability to inspire and guide will ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service and value to our healthcare partners, setting new benchmarks in the industry. 

Here’s What You Can Expect  

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue cycle operations and achieve financial objectives. 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the PFS team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions in revenue cycle management.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

Requirements 

  • Extensive experience in revenue cycle management (10+), with a focus on patient financial services. 

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. (Senior Director and above) 

  • Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting.  

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $170,956.00 - $274,007.40 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%
