Our Engineering and Product organization is growing rapidly at LiveRamp. The Staff Technical Program Manager is a key responsibility at LiveRamp that will shepherd a crucial area within the organization. You will help steward and evolve the systems that enable LiveRamp Product and Engineering to steer our delivery as industry leaders. You will work with teams to drive best practices, standards and adoption within our larger programs. As you progress in your learnings of our systems, you will partner with engineering, product, and design to execute on programs that build solutions on your findings and drive operational change where needed.

You will:
Be responsible for the process for coordinating and communicating product development across key areas of strategic focus for LiveRamp
Shepherd the software development lifecycle from conception to launch including ideation, specification, prioritization, design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, and iteration
Be very comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and well versed in facilitating conversations between Product, Engineering, and executive leadership enabling Product to prioritize customer needs and turn them into actionable deliverables
Work hands-on with teams and managers to evolve the engineering development process to foster greater team health and effectiveness
Define and analyze metrics that inform and ensure the success of the engineering development teams
Be at home in a live software environment, helping triage and drive action to resolve to quickly resolve customer issues
Remain undaunted amid context switching, shifting priorities, or doing the right thing during challenging times
Contribute towards building great engineering teams, inclusive culture, and a great company
About you:
You have 5+ years of experience working as a program/development manager.
You can build relationships, operate with integrity, and bring collaboration to every room you’re in.
You have demonstrable expertise in practice management for Agile development processes, both at the team level and at scale.
You have a track record of managing initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders and delivering value effectively.
You can balance strategy and execution; you can plan for the future of our development process at scale and take the steps to make that vision happen.
You are a problem-solver; you can find creative solutions to any problem you want to solve.
You can manage, simplify, and prioritize dozens of requirements and deadlines.
You have a type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hardworking and proactive.

Location: remote
The approximate annual base compensation range is $132,000 to $190,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
