About The Role…

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone seeking a reduced workload while still contributing to exciting projects!

What You Will Do…

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with the audit process by providing necessary documents and supporting schedules.
• Support the senior accountant with various accounting tasks.
• Replacement of the senior accountant during vacations and time off.
• Availability to work from our Tallinn headquarters once per week is required

What You Will Bring…

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth interactions with team members
• Excellent problem-solving showing your attention to detail in addressing accounting issues.
• You are a fast learner who is open to acquiring new knowledge and skills
•  The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
•  A high proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
