Job Title: Project Manager (1-Year Contract)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the transition from our current business model to a direct business model. This is a 1-year contract position. The scope of this role includes coordinating across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining seamless communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the transition project from current operations to direct business transactions.
Coordinate with various internal departments/people to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Identify and resolve issues proactively by collaborating with your report line(s) and relevant teams.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders to track progress and mitigate risks.
Ensure all necessary preparations and operations are executed in coordination with internal/external partners.
Monitor the project for any gaps and ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Proven experience managing projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
Business-level English proficiency is required(most of the communications are in English).
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity while ensuring project success.
