This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Project Director to lead the implementation of a new workforce management system to replace legacy timekeeping and scheduling solutions. This role will be responsible for managing the transition to a SaaS-based workforce management solution, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across multiple healthcare organizations.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT implementations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple business partners.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Participation in large SaaS multi-tenant projects as the IT Project Lead
Scheduling and Timekeeping solution experience with multiple collective agreement pay rules

Senior project management skills including risk mitigation, issue management, QA including automated testing, large multi-organization activations
