Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Project Director to lead the implementation of a new workforce management system to replace legacy timekeeping and scheduling solutions. This role will be responsible for managing the transition to a SaaS-based workforce management solution, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across multiple healthcare organizations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT implementations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple business partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Participation in large SaaS multi-tenant projects as the IT Project Lead
  • Scheduling and Timekeeping solution experience with multiple collective agreement pay rules
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Senior project management skills including risk mitigation, issue management, QA including automated testing, large multi-organization activations
