Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital content, creating email campaigns, assisting with social media engagement, and performing basic graphic design and video editing tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain webpages with new content and updates.

  • Create and format emails for marketing campaigns using provided content.

  • Manage social media accounts, including posting content and moderating comments.

  • Assist in drafting and sending B2B email communications.

  • Support the development of press releases and company announcements.

  • Perform light video editing for marketing content.

  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks, such as creating visuals for social media or presentations.


Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing visuals and graphics.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Basic knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.

  • Strong written communication skills for email and press release creation.

  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, iMovie) is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
