We provide individual, digital therapy combined with personal therapeutic care from healthcare professionals. This is your opportunity to help shape traditional healthcare concepts in the areas of prevention and rehabilitation so that people receive the best possible care during and after their clinic stay, regardless of their location.

We're looking for an experienced Analytics Team Lead (all genders) to guide and empower our team of Data Analysts at Caspar. In this role, you'll blend hands-on analytical work with leadership responsibilities, providing insights and driving initiatives that directly impact our business strategy through both your team and your personal contributions. You will be instrumental in leading and mentoring the team, cultivating a collaborative environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable analytics that drive business decisions

Your Challenges

You will be:

  • leading, mentoring and developing a team of four data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

  • providing context and guidance to both your team and to external stakeholders, so that projects can be executed seamlessly

  • leveraging data insights to proactively identify and drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving business outcomes

  • conceptualizing and evaluating new data architectures, structures and their relationships for complex analysis.

  • maintaining and improving automation and pipelines design

  • communicating with key stakeholders to develop dashboards and analysis that can be used to make business-critical decisions.

  • providing quality assurance of data, working with various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Your profile
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience as a hands-on Team Lead Data Analyst or in a related role

  • You love to proactively find problems to tackle and propose solutions for them

  • You recognize the importance of making sure your team members are happy and have space and time to develop

  • You have experience / education in the area of data analysis or a degree in a related field (informatics, maths, science etc.)

  • You are a strong analytical thinker and problem solver

  • You have a high attention to detail

  • You can work independently

  • You are a strong team player and enjoy working in a team

  • You are a motivated and fast learner

  • You have strong communication skills

You have profound knowledge of and practical experience in:

  • SQL (Snowflake Preferred)

  • Data visualisation (Tableau preferred)

Ideally, you also already gained experience with:

  • The German healthcare sector

  • German as a language (the working language would still be English)

  • ELT/ETL processes (DBT preferred)

  • predictive modelling

  • A/B testing

  • product analytics

  • Python

  • Git

  • ML and Data Science
