Job description

Your Role At A Glance

The Salesforce System Administrator is a key member of the Business Systems team, responsible for resolving support cases assigned to Business Systems. This role also ensures efficient system administration, including user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets. The position requires expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools, ensuring proper system access and timely resolution of support cases. 

How You’ll Drive Success
Support And Troubleshooting
  • Act as tier one support for Business Systems, managing, resolving, and escalating support cases within the Salesforce platform.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.
User And Security Management
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to the Business Systems team.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing and compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
The Talents We’re Seeking
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is a highly preferred.
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on case management and resolution.
  • Experience using Service Cloud – managing cases and troubleshooting reported issues.
  • Proficiency in managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills
  • Above average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Proven time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment successfully supporting others.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, and able to multi-task.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills.
