Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Lead – Demand to design and drive successful SAP IBP implementations for global clients. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery,  and Business teams to expand our IBP service offerings while mentoring junior team members.  This role requires deep expertise in IBP for Demand, a strong understanding of supply chain planning, and a strategic mindset to develop assets and accelerators. 

Value Creation: 
Develop and lead Go-To-Market strategies for IBP expansion.
Build assets and accelerators to optimize implementation costs and delivery speed. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring successful delivery. 
  • Work closely with Sales & Delivery Teams to expand IBP services and align with business goals.
  • Conduct design workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business user training. 
  • Configure SAP IBP modules, including planning areas, key figure calculations, planning views,  and application jobs.
  • Develop statistical forecast algorithms, demand sensing models, and driver-based planning approaches. 
  • Manage end-to-end IBP implementations across different industries (e.g., CPG, Chemicals,  Automotive, Life Sciences).
  • Ensure seamless integration of IBP with ECC Master Data, Transaction Data, and CPI tasks. 
  • Mentor and train junior IBP team members to build expertise within the organization. 
  • Contribute to Go-To-Market strategies, developing assets and accelerators to optimize implementation costs.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with at least 3 years in SAP IBP. 2+ end-to-end IBP implementations (excluding rollouts) are mandatory.
  • Strong process knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning with SCOR model expertise preferred.
  • Industry expertise in at least two of the following: CPG, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences,  etc.
  • Hands-on experience in IBP for Demand, with deep knowledge of forecasting, product segmentation, new product planning, and demand sensing.
  • Strong technical expertise in IBP configuration, including planning areas, key figures, and advanced calculations.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP ECC Master Data and Transaction Data from a planning perspective.
  • Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and business training for client teams.
