This is a unique opportunity for a strategic operator who wants to sit at the heart of a high growth, crypto native company. As a Member of Custody, Growth and Strategy, you will drive some of the most critical institutional initiatives across the firm — from client pilot programs and onboarding readiness to RFP strategy and campaign execution. You will collaborate with leaders across Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to turn complex opportunities into structured, scalable wins. Technical Skills:Deep understanding of digital assets, institutional sales, custody and blockchain infrastructure.Strong experience with project and program management tools.Experience supporting or owning RFI/RFP responses and high-stakes client deliverables.Ability to create custom collateral and engagement materials in partnership with cross-functional teams.Complexity and Impact of Work:Leads institutional pilot programs and ensures downstream readiness across the organization.Coordinates cross-functional delivery for client specific campaigns, programs, and strategic initiatives.Supports RFI/RFP submissions and proposal management for institutional and government opportunities.Ensures collateral and communications are tailored to client type and strategically aligned.Provides strategic and operational lift that enables the company to meet broader GTM objectives.Organizational Knowledge:Comfortable in high-growth, fast moving environments with shifting priorities.Builds scalable playbooks and process improvements while executing in real time.Coordinates across departments to deliver on complex client initiatives without bottlenecks.Communication and Influence:Aligns closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to execute on high-priority initiatives.Seen as a trusted partner across the org, with strong instincts for internal and external communication.Supports the development of executive-ready materials and institutional facing messaging.Maintains momentum and clarity across complex projects and multi-team efforts.You may be a fit for this role if you have: 10+ years of experience across crypto startups and traditional financial services.At least 1 year of experience at a crypto custodian, with direct exposure to institutional workflows, onboarding, or custody infrastructure.A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives tied to institutional client delivery.Comfort navigating across institutional client segments and engaging multiple internal stakeholders.Experience launching or supporting strategic pilots, campaigns, or onboarding programs.Strong communication and coordination instincts, especially across complex or ambiguous workstreams.Although not a requirement, bonus points if: You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)About Anchorage Digital: Who we are
