As Digital Campaign Manager, you'll define, plan, execute, measure, and optimize all Viseven omnichannel marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product Marketing Managers and the Content/Design Hub. You'll also work with Regional Marketing and Sales teams on campaign planning and lead conversion.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the Requester's goals and target audience.Select and leverage appropriate digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, Webinars, display advertising and more to build seamless customer journeysOversee the creation of engaging digital content, including ad copy, visuals, videos, and landing pages.Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).Define and segment target audiences based on Firmographics, Visseven segementation, Customers behaviour and preferences.Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, deriving insights to make data-driven decisions.Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and strategies.Identify and implement improvements to increase the conversion rate of digital campaignsEnsure campaigns adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and advertising guidelines.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:2 years of B2B Digital Marketing campaign experience.English level - Upper-Intermediate+A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees (e.g., master's in digital marketing) or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) can be advantageous.Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing. Project Management know-how. Can handle multiple stakeholders and drive a project forward in scope, in time, in budget. Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation tools, and analytics software.What we provide:
