The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Deal Creation to join our team. This role will be instrumental in leading cross functional collaboration with sales, commercial enablement, and the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive deal creation framework that drives sales growth and revenue generation.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Lead the collaboration with sales, commercial enablement, and marketing teams to design and establish a robust deal creation framework that aligns with business objectives and enhances revenue generation.
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that support deal creation and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate tactics within the deal creation framework, ensuring seamless execution and consistency in messaging.
- Sales Support: Provide strategic insights and leadership to the sales team, enabling them to effectively utilize the deal creation framework in create new opportunities
- Commercial Enablement: Oversee the partnership with the commercial enablement team to ensure that the framework is optimized for scalability and adaptability across various market segments.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the deal creation framework, and regularly report on these metrics to senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the framework, making necessary adjustments and improvements based on feedback and market changes.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales strategy, or commercial enablement roles, with a focus on launching cross-functional programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Adobe.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter; ability to adapt to change quickly.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
