Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Remote (Working US Hours)

Salary: R17,000 - R22,000/month + Commission

Working Hours: US Hours (To Be Confirmed)

The Role

They are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to support and grow client relationships. In this role, you will manage and expand client accounts, support onboarding, and ensure smooth operations across projects and teams. You'll work closely with both clients and internal team members to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins
  • Anticipate and resolve issues proactively with clients or their team members
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Generate referrals and new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Present new placements, schedule calls, and assist in onboarding
  • Update internal databases and generate reports as needed
  • Coordinate placement logistics and keep relevant stakeholders informed
  • Monitor and share feedback on team member performance and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level in both speaking and writing)
  • 2+ years of account management experience (preferably remote, working with US/UK/Canadian clients)
  • College degree (completed or nearing completion)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
  • Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free space
  • Headset and smartphone
  • Backup work location and internet option (e.g. mobile hotspot, WiPod, Multibam, etc.)
  • Preferred: Experience in the outsourcing or staffing industry
  • Note: Applicants are expected to have their own remote work setup no infrastructure setup support is provided.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Rate: $5/hour (Approx. $840 - $880/month)
  • Commissions: $300 -$500 per successful upsell
