Senior Graphic Designer

At IT Labs, we're passionate about quality and innovation, and we're on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer who shares this passion. You will play a key role in creating branding assets, marketing materials, social media content, and advertising designs while ensuring brand consistency and innovation. This role requires collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality digital assets, social media visuals, infographics, and website designs.
• Design visually appealing and professional presentations that align with brand identity and messaging.
• Create visually engaging content for websites, social media, and campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into visual designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years + proven experience for as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus.
