Who we are

Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation and development of visually stunning and user-friendly websites. If you have experience in modern web design, UI/UX best practices, and a strong portfolio to showcase your work, we’d love to hear from you.

 What is expected of you

• Design, build and edit visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Brivity’s proprietary website builder.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including startup, customer support, web design project managers, and development to understand business goals and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues to ensure optimal website performance.
• Create and design images, graphics, and multimedia elements to enhance website aesthetics.
• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through effective UI/UX design principles.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide design solutions that align with their goals.

What you need to possess

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in using Brivity’s proprietary website builder (training will be provided).
• Solid understanding of web design and coding principles and best practices.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and interact with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

How you can join the team 

Our selection and assessment process is not for the faint of heart. It is tedious but just. It takes some time but it is absolutely worth it as it sets you up for success from Day 1. 

Step 1: Career Consultation | In this step, you meet with our career consultants for about 30-45 minutes to discuss the job opportunities in our organization relative to the ones you are looking for. We also make sure that you have the right technology to carry out the job from the comfort of your home. 

Step 2: Brivity Bootcamp | In this step, we equip you with information about our platform, Brivity, and assess your ability to apply this knowledge in a simulated real estate environment. The entire bootcamp runs for two weeks with screen-in assessment at the end of every week. As you will be supporting our platform users, it is imperative that you pass all the assessments required during this step.

Step 3: Client Match | While in Brivity Bootcamp, you will be given the opportunity to meet with potential clients. During this time, you are empowered to assess each job opportunity we present to you. Our intention is to get you matched to a client the soonest time possible!

Salary: Up to Php 67,500 per month depending on skill/experience
