As the Performance Marketing leader at Phantom, you’ll lead strategy and execution for building out our acquisition channels, starting with paid search, paid social, SEO, as well as our leading our lifecycle marketing channels.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Growth to build a best-in-class growth marketing engine. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build out a measurement and testing framework. The ideal candidate will have experience launching and scaling performance channels from zero to one and have a strong focus on incrementality, especially in evolving media ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Data-Driven Marketing: Focus on analyzing data to optimize campaigns, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management: Developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation and optimization.
Full funnel marketing: Driving strategy and insights across the full funnel of marketing across not only paid media, but also owned channels such as our website, CRM and in-product notifications
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, design, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Understanding the Crypto Industry: Knowledge of the crypto market, trends, and regulatory landscape.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in scaling performance marketing channels with a strong track record of driving performance in a high-growth environment
Expert knowledge of paid marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Knowledge/experience with Affiliate Marketing and SEO
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into optimizations and business impact
