Overview
:The Supervisor – Arbitration provides the department leadership, oversight, and guidance. The supervisor assists the manager with the department's day-to-day operations and serves as a point of contact when the manager is unavailable. This person will be the “go-to” person for questions and issues. This includes but is not limited to training and mentoring the team, delegating work assignments, Level 1 brief approvals, monitoring deadlines, arbitration emails, payment of arbitrator invoices, case initiation, as well as resolving personnel issues and disciplinary actions in conjunction with the Arbitration Senior Manager and Human Resources. All new hires must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
