Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall sales functions within assigned territory to create competitive advantage, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure return on investment.

  • Assist in achieving at least 95% on-time performance for customer orders to contribute to the success and growth of EagleBurgmann Industries (EBI).

  • Maintain a general understanding of EBI products/services and their relevance to operations and customers.

  • Support national sales strategic growth initiatives through End User, OEM, and Distribution Channels on an annual basis.

  • Ensure timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics, and other agreed-upon goals for both internal and external customers.

  • Uphold safety standards, practice good housekeeping, use appropriate protective gear, and follow company procedures.

  • Report monthly on program booking progress.

  • Meet key performance metrics (KPMs) related to shipments, gross margins, and customer satisfaction survey improvements.

Qualifications:

  • BSME or equivalent engineering degree and plus 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.
  • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
  • Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks)
  • Good performer in taking ideas to full market launch.
  • Interpersonal skills are critical for optimum communication with customers as well as internal EBI.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work assignments.
  • Must have strong work ethics.
  • Must be able to work in a team, and to lead teams to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Good written and verbal reporting skills. Excellent computer application skills in MS Office products.
  • Travel required 50% or exceeding.
