Manage overall sales functions within assigned territory to create competitive advantage, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure return on investment.
Assist in achieving at least 95% on-time performance for customer orders to contribute to the success and growth of EagleBurgmann Industries (EBI).
Maintain a general understanding of EBI products/services and their relevance to operations and customers.
Support national sales strategic growth initiatives through End User, OEM, and Distribution Channels on an annual basis.
Ensure timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics, and other agreed-upon goals for both internal and external customers.
Uphold safety standards, practice good housekeeping, use appropriate protective gear, and follow company procedures.
Report monthly on program booking progress.
Meet key performance metrics (KPMs) related to shipments, gross margins, and customer satisfaction survey improvements.
