Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager Northeast is responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and regions on products or services and will be Remote.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling capital equipment within the laser marking, medical device, or automotive industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team management and client engagement.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the Northeast region.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

The essential requirements of the job include  

  • Willingness to travel from 50-75% of the time within the Northeast region.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment within the laser marking, medical device, or automotive industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90000 - $105000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
