Job description

We are looking for a dedicated part time Clinical Case Manager to join our fun and friendly US team. This role will require someone who is available to work 25 hours per week, which will include regular weekend work.

This role will be to oversee client and case management on the VET.CT platform. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient handling of veterinary cases by managing incoming requests, monitoring caseloads, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our team of radiologists and specialists worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As well as playing a key role in ensuring that cases are processed efficiently and that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day case management - handling incoming veterinary radiology and telemedicine cases - including cases of clinical urgency
  • Continuous monitoring of all caseloads and communication systems
  • Coordination of services between clients and Radiologists/ Specialists via continuous communication and collaboration using phone, messaging and email -
  • Identifying client needs - areas for additional support
  • Trouble-shooting image transfer and software platform usage (full training will be provided)
  • Maintaining data held on the company’s systems
  • Provision of strong client support on a day-to-day basis 
  • Log discrepancies 

Skills / Experience Required

  • Knowledge and/or experience of working within the veterinary industry
  • Knowledge and/or experience in digital medical imaging is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working with international clients is desirable
  • Experience in using computer systems, databases, word-processing and ideally file upload systems
  • Very strong, demonstrated communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
  • Reliable and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Adaptable and able to take on multiple tasks
  • A great team player who is flexible and self-motivated
