What You Will Achieve
Your role is crucial in making sure that the supply chain operates smoothly, overcoming obstacles, and continuously innovating to meet the demands of healthcare.
How You Will Achieve It
In this role, you will:
Organizes and facilitates cross site calls, creating a collaborative and transparent relationship between site operations and customers.
Secures an accurate demand plan for the site and proactively manages changes and exceptions in multiple systems, analyzes and negotiates supply strategy and maintains supply chain agreements with each customer, coordinates customer communications and site customer service metrics.
Creates and manages process orders for Special Packaging Operations, in alignment with regulatory and customer specific needs.
Responsible for the shipment process to customers. Establish and maintain shipping plans in Rapid Response – Executes shipment plans to customers.
Interacts with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Customer Marketing and Demand Managers, etc. to provide data, resolve issues and ensure that customer service and inventory goals are met.
Coordinates and supports product launch, product transfers and change projects as required and provides coordination and data to the teams.
Responsible for escalating supply constraints and driving conversations with stakeholders to align on allocation strategy and/or mitigation plans.
Provides input into the site Sales/Demand and Operations Planning process.
Maintains and utilizes various systems and cross-functional reports.
Authors and reviews Standard Operating Procedures as required.
Applies technical knowledge to identify, recommend and implement cost-effective solutions to identified problems.
Participates in audits as needed and complies with all regulatory guidelines, documentation requirements and cGMP’s.
Qualification
Must-Have
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical operations
Proficiency in production and capacity planning, shop floor control, distribution planning, and inventory control
Ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determine root causes of issues, and draw proper conclusions from analysis
Developing effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
Fluency in written and verbal English
Strong knowledge of legislation, market practices, and the local logistics market business environment
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience in the System Application & Products (SAP) environment
Experience in managing supply chain projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in a mentor or leadership role within a supply chain team
