Job description

Operation Sports is a leading news and content provider focused on the sports video games industry. Founded and operated by experienced sports video games industry veterans, the site has long been considered the premier destination for the hardcore sports gamer. The Operation Sports team is now looking to add more passionate sports gaming writers to the team to provide comprehensive guides, news, and feature coverage on some of the most popular franchises in the genre. This position is a remote, part-time or full-time hourly contract. It is open to anyone, anywhere, but being based in the Philippines or a similar time zone is a bonus.

We're looking for full-time or part-time writers who understand the Operation Sports brand and have expert knowledge of any of the franchises listed below (if you're an expert on another sports game, please specify). A writing sample on one of these franchises is required to be considered for the role. A.I. writers need not apply.

Responsibilities:

Help cover the latest new releases in the sports and racing genres with detailed guides and news covering gameplay mechanics, features, and frequently asked questions

Pitch your own ideas based on your expert knowledge of the subject matter and understanding of the community.
