This position will be primarily Software Asset Management. ServiceNow SAM Enterprise experience is preferred. At least 3 years of Software Asset Management experience and recent experience with ServiceNow SAM professional or enterprise.

Position Summary

The Asset Management Analyst IIII is an exciting analysis opportunity at MultiCare, supporting corporate information technology needs in coordination with MultiCare's strategies. Working in collaboration and partnership with the Asset Management team, you will carry out directives while applying your expert knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities

  • You will maintain the asset management systems that track and monitor IT assets and compliance
  • You will function as a point of contact for Hardware Asset tracking, analysis and accountability
  • You will follow documented procedures for asset receipt, movement and disposal
  • You will validate receipt, asset tagging and ensure input into an Asset Tracking Tool
  • You will participate in performing IT inventory audit on a yearly basis

Requirements

  • AA degree in healthcare, computer science, science, business or related field or 2 years of IT asset management experience and a CITAM level certification will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Possess or obtain certification in Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management and/or IT Asset Management within 1 year of employment
  • Minimum two (2) years of patient service experience in the technology or computer sales, service or installation sector
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressively more responsible experience in a customer service type environment involving asset management, inventory management, or retail sales management
  • Minimum six (6) months asset management experience preferred
  • Current Washington state driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $72,883.00 - $100,672.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
