The Position
The Partner Account Manager’s primary goal is to manage an assigned national account territory—serving customers across all tiers—while maintaining a high level of service and driving account growth. This is achieved through strategic collaboration with the account’s National and Regional Sales Managers, and by building strong relationships with the account’s internal teams, including Account Executives and Support Staff. The Partner Account Manager serves as the primary internal PCNA contact for their assigned account(s) and is responsible for supporting all needs related to pre-sale, order management, and post-sale inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using digital tools and systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
Highly organized and capable of independently managing multiple tasks and projects, while effectively prioritizing workload
Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with both customers and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong typing and data entry skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
Comfortable working with data and reports to support account planning and decision-making
Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in all interactions
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience managing assigned accounts or territories
(Internal Candidates) OR a minimum of 6 months of experience in an Account Manager role
Shift: 9:30AM - 6:00PM EST
