Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Customer relationship management, success leadership, customer strategy and growth;
  • IT Service Management;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field;  And 2+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or System Administration;
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
  • University degree or 05 years of relevant experience;
  • Aviation Experience: Commercial Management, Air Services Development or Airline IT Experience.
  • Relevant Account Management Experience.
  • ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification will be considered as a differentiator.
  • Confirmed ability to problem-solve and present solutions to complex business challenges effectively
  • Availability to travel
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with validated ability to communicate and influence optimally all levels of the organization.
  • Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
  • Experience leading efforts of multi-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs.
