This is a remote position.
Role Overview:
E-Commerce Operations: Manage and optimize listings on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms.
Product Management: Upload new products, update listings, optimize product descriptions, and ensure accurate pricing.
Performance Monitoring: Use strong analytical skills to track KPIs, improve product performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Administrative Support: Assist the director with scheduling, reporting, supplier coordination, and project follow-ups.
Process Optimization: Streamline operational workflows and implement automation where possible.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform policies to maintain a competitive edge.
Marketing Support: Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotions.
Admin & Organization: Manage digital files, update spreadsheets, and handle general administrative tasks.
Management & Training Coordination: Respond to emails, facilitate training, coordinate team activities, update work processes, and create comprehensive work guides.
E-Commerce Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing online stores or e-commerce operations.
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and basic SEO tactics.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Self-Sufficient & Proactive: Capable of taking initiative, solving problems independently, and working with minimal supervision.
Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Graphic Design (Preferred): Experience with Canva or Photoshop for simple product images or social media posts.
Data Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop and advertising.
