Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in administrative roles. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry software, and databases. 
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and independent decision-making abilities.
  • High accuracy and speed in typing and data entry, with attention to detail.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and understanding of data security principles. 
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel, while screening calls and correspondence. 
  • Draft, proofread, and facilitate internal/external communications. 
  • Organize files, maintain databases, and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Assist in project coordination, logistics, and tracking timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide proactive support. 
  • Enter, verify, and maintain data, ensuring integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct quality checks, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively.
