Job Requirements:

  • 3+years experience in loan processing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of loan processing software and systems, ideally Min IT. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and databases, preferably Salesforce.

Core responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Verify applicant information and documentation. 
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely processing.
  • Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed. 
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Contact customers to collect outstanding debts. 
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers. 
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities. 
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes. 
  • Provide regular reports on collection performance.
