Healthcare Staffing Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical staffing, specifically recruiting RNs, LVNs, and other healthcare professionals. Medical Field Knowledge: Familiarity with certifications, licensing, and unit-specific requirements, such as acute care, rehab, and operating room staffing. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to clearly articulate job requirements and expectations to candidates over the phone and via email. Technical Proficiency: Experience using iHire or similar recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and job boards to source and manage candidates. Candidate Engagement Expertise: Proven ability to identify, screen, and build relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Core responsibilities:

Source and Screen Candidates: Proactively identify and engage with qualified healthcare professionals, focusing on RNs, LVNs, and allied medical staff, through platforms like iHire, job boards, and social media. Match Candidates with Opportunities: Evaluate candidate skills, certifications, and experience to align them with appropriate positions in acute hospitals, rehab centers, and other medical facilities. Conduct Outreach and Communication: Communicate with candidates via phone and email to explain job opportunities, company needs, and expectations for certifications and unit-specific requirements. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with candidates to understand their career goals and build a pipeline of skilled professionals for future openings. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with medical facility representatives to ensure a clear understanding of their staffing needs and requirements for various units and departments. Stay Industry-Compliant: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare staffing certifications, licensing requirements, and industry standards to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
