About the Company:
Sagan represents a growing company in the project management and field services sector, seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with internal operations and project coordination. This role supports the team by organizing project details, assisting with estimates, and ensuring smooth internal communication, all while working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Operations Supervisor.
Position Overview:
This role is fully remote and does not involve outbound client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and a self-starter mentality.
