Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1250 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a growing company in the project management and field services sector, seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with internal operations and project coordination. This role supports the team by organizing project details, assisting with estimates, and ensuring smooth internal communication, all while working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview:

This role is fully remote and does not involve outbound client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and a self-starter mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Load project details into Monday.com for field crews, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Estimating & Bidding Support: Assist in producing project estimates and bid packages using online surveying and measuring tools.
  • Internal Communication: Work closely with internal teams via email and chat to support project execution.
  • Process & Documentation Support: Maintain accurate records and documentation as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Gmail (training provided for other tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Willingness to ask questions and take detailed notes to retain shared knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
