We are seeking a Sales Assistant who is hungry to grow (we're not a "B's get degrees" kind of team), thrives in a fast-paced environment (we generate hundreds of inbound leads each month), and is driven to make an impact (you care about being a top performer and winning both individually and as a team).
We believe that "the sale is the sample" (Blair Enns) and this role will be instrumental in running consistent sales processes that truly help our prospective clients whether they work with us or not. The main way we do that is by seeking and telling the truth - whether that pleases everyone or not.
You need to be the rare sales person who believes in the power of great process, applied with expertise, discernment, and human touch. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and excited about contributing to a team that is known as the best in their field, this role might be for you.
This is a full-time position, and the preferred hours are 8 AM - 5 PM EST. This role is for someone who is ambitious and passionate about building their career in sales, directly contributing to company growth, and being great at what they do. You need to have experience in a CRM (preferably HubSpot), a project management platform (preferably ClickUp), and spreasheets. Experience in Slack, Loom, and AI tools is also preferred.
The ideal candidate is:
→ A world-class communicator. You need to be able to articulate clearly and communicate effectively.
→ Detail-oriented + reliable. When you're given a task, it's as good as done. Your teammates need to know that they won't have to think about it again - because you'll either complete it correctly or you'll proactively ask for help when needed.
→ Bold. Not phased by difficult problems. Bold enough to express your ideas. Say when the directions aren’t clear, when something could be done better, and don't feel awkward about that.
→ Fast-moving. You are not stressed out by a quick pace and can process a lot of inputs quickly, prioritize, get the urgent stuff done fast and then move on with priorities. This will show up in mental processing, typing speed/response time, etc.
→ Not a People Pleaser. You’re willing to speak up and challenge the status quo when necessary.
