Location: Lancaster, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

 Job Duties:

  • Provides clinical therapeutic intervention for low to moderate mental health issues for children, adolescents, and their families utilizing required screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Provides psychological testing services for children and adolescents.
  • Completes administrative duties necessary to carry out clinical responsibilities in a timely fashion. 
  • Maintains timely and accurate assessment, treatment, and consultation records.
  • Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
  • Complete clinical documentation according to policy

Requirements

  • Requires a doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD or PhD)
  • Must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of California
  • Demonstrated skills in providing developmental assessment, psychological testing, and problem-focused psychotherapy working with children and adolescents and their families
  • Expertise in diagnosis and treatment of symptoms and behaviors associated with ADHD, anxiety, disordered attachment, mood disorders, autism spectrum, and other conditions impacting childhood development
  • Expertise in working with families as a component of treating children and youth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work later afternoons and some evenings
