What we're looking for

Our client, a European performance marketing agency specializing in DTC brands, is seeking a Video Editor to create high-quality videos for social media platforms. This role is essential for driving engagement and producing content that resonates with the target audience. The ideal candidate is creative, skilled in social media video editing, and has experience with paid ads and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and create vertical videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media.
  • Ensure all videos follow the latest trends and are optimized for mobile viewing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts.
  • Edit high-production video ads and UGC content to align with client goals.
  • Assist in editing organic content for social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing vertical videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Proven experience with paid ads and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of call-to-actions and their impact on conversion rates.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • International work experience, particularly in performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of Dutch language is a plus but not required.
