  • Supervise the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts.

You’ll be a great match for this role if, in addition to the above, you can demonstrate strong abilities in Project Management, Microsoft Office programs and public speaking.  Additionally, strong organizational skills are required as this role will manage multiple high priority projects and levels of involvement from individuals across your team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring contracts are implemented and executed effectively and efficiently and are in compliance with requirements.
  • Manage resources to best serve corporate initiatives and meet or exceed business Service Level Agreements.
  • Partnering with Legal department for risk management.
  • Providing training and direction to subordinates on contracts administration issues.
  • Supervising and participating in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of contracts.

Job Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant work experience; OR, Master’s degree with 1 year relevant work experience; OR, Juris Doctor. 
  • 2 years leadership experience.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Skills\Certifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Understanding of contract management processes and policies, contract lifecycle, and industry best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract interpretation, compliance, and contract process flows

Bachelor's degree or Master's  degree in legal, compliance, contract administration, computer science, healthcare, marketing, communication, business administration, political science, or other related field preferred.
